Things I've Learned About Getting 'Fit'

On a day when everyone is thinking about their fitness goals for the year, these are some of the things I’ve learned:



* Taking just 30 minutes every day for YOU can make a massive difference to your life. Prioritise YOU as much as you prioritise everyone else.


* The weight loss will not change how much you love yourself, but keeping a promise you made to yourself will.


* Seek out a community that supports your goals, either online or off. It’s amazing what a difference support and accountability can make.


* You need very little more than your own will power to achieve your health and fitness goals. Don’t let time, money, or your own fears stop you.


For me, it’s been #BBG and my own #100STRONG community that have made a huge difference in achieving my health goals. The new #12weekchallenge with @sweat starts Monday January 14th and so does a new round of #100strong. Are you in?!
